Withdrawals are held until we verify your account. Submit your ID (KTP, passport or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and a photo of you holding your ID. Verification usually completes within 2 hours during office hours. Until verified, your balance remains on account but cannot be withdrawn.

No. Each person is allowed only one active account. If we detect multiple accounts from the same person, device or payment method, all linked accounts will be closed and any winnings forfeited. This protects fair play for all users.

Withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed within 15 minutes after identity verification. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. You must withdraw to the same payment method you used for your deposit. Minimum withdrawal is usually Rp 50,000; maximum depends on your account age and deposit history.

Accounts with no login, deposit or withdrawal activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed. We'll send two email warnings before closure. Your balance will be held in trust for 5 years. If you want to reactivate, contact support and we can restore your account if we have funds on file.

Sharing your account, using software to automate play, collusion with other players, abuse of support staff, money laundering, deposit fraud or playing from a restricted region are breaches. We also prohibit bonus abuse and using VPNs to mask your location. Breaches result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of balance.

Your account has daily and monthly Deposit references set by our compliance team based on your age, location and verification status. These limits depend on local law. You can request a review by emailing [email protected] with your account ID. Spending limits can also be adjusted in Account Settings under Wallet Controls.

Account locks happen when we detect suspicious activity, failed verification attempts or Terms breaches. We'll email you with the reason. Contact support to resolve the issue. Permanent suspension means you cannot reopen that account, but your balance (if any) remains in trust under our retention policy for 5 years.
